Ian has been practicing Osteopathy since 1984 following his training at the British School of Osteopathy in London and has been a qualified Acupuncturist since 1994, along with a keen interest in foot biomechanics and general foot health, Ian is also a qualified Foot Healthcare Practitioner which enables him to give a complete service to patients.

Tessa graduated from UWIC Cardiff School of Health Sciences with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Complementary Therapies and was awarded the Susan Clease Memorial Prize for Best Clinical Practice.

Tessa was trained in Medical Acupuncture with Osteon Training along with Microsystem and Ear Acupuncture at the Yuan Clinic in London, which is accredited with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and is a member of the Ear Acupuncture Register.
Tessa also is a fully qualified Health & Beauty Therapist with City & Guilds and IHBC qualification and provides Advanced Electrolysis and Foot Health Care to effectively treat many minor skin lesions and foot and nail problems.
